30 DAY SQUAT CHALLENGE!

 

Hello peeps! Now that is officially October I couldn’t be more excited. I love the first days of a new month. Everything looks and smells (to me at least) so fresh and rejuvenating. So now with the beginning of the new month, a new challenge starts for me. I’m talking about the 30 days squat challenge.

I’ve been trying to keep up with this thing for so long but school made it really hard. Now I wanna start again and smash it finally.

What is it?
Well, it is a challenge as you can tell ahah that lasts 30 days. During this time you have to do a certain amount of squats almost every day. You start with 50 squats on the first day and while time passes the challenge is more difficult and eventually, you’ll do about 250 by the end of the month! Which sounds so crazy to me considering that I suck at sports but I’ll try.

The 30 day squat challenge or ever every sort of “fitness challenges” are everywhere right now so I decided to give it a try!
I obviously don’t believe that this challenge will completely transform my body. This a way to challenge myself and to understand if I’m able to take a commitment and smash it finally.

Well on the 1st of October I started the challenge and the past few days have been quite easy for my booty and for me. I hope my body will adapt to this change even while days go by. I’m also so excited to see the final results. To be completely honest, in the past week or so I’ve read many reviews about it. However, I don’t want to be biased in any sort of way so I’m gonna have and maybe write my own honest opinion once I finish it.

You don’t have to do all the repetitions for each day all at once. If you need to break them up throughout the day that is fine.
